Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I really have to complete the module?
Yes. This onboarding module is mandatory for all employees, interns, and seasonal trainees.
2. Do I need to complete this in one sitting?
No, the module is self paced. You can access it on your mobile and complete it in short sessions of 15 mins daily, within 7 days and return anytime to revise.
3. Is there a Certificate for this course?
Yes, you will earn an e-certificate on successful completion of all the modules and assessments. A physical certificate will be given at the TownHall meet.
4. What if I don't pass the assessment?
You have 3 attempts for the assessment. Revise well and retake the assessment. Only when you successfully complete the assessment, you can move to the next module.
5. Can I access Ace My Campus on Mobile?
Yes! Ace My Campus is mobile-friendly and can be accessed from any device — laptop, tablet, or smartphone — you just need good Wi-fi connection
6. Will this teach me my exact job role?
Onboarding module focuses on Culture, behavior and workplace expectations. Department specific training or SOP will be handled by the Department Head.
7. Who do I contact if I have issues accessing modules?

8. How long can I access the modules?
You can access the modules as long as you are employed at The IBNII Coorg. When you leave the organization, the access would be disabled.
